Dan Walker goes digging for treasure with Michaela Strachan and Raksha Dave in Channel 5’s brand new series with teams of metal detectorists, mudlarkers and marine archeologists looking to unearth hidden history under our feet and under water.
Each episode comes from the Digging For Treasure Tonight camp at an amazing treasure packed location with an army of amateur metal detectorists on a mission with their kit and their skills to scour an authorised patch of land for artefacts and items long since lost by people through the centuries.
Digging For Treasure started on Friday 26th August and is on every Friday up to the 22nd September at 9pm on Channel 5
