After being shocked by the amount of fly-tipping ruining the rural areas in his home town of Merthyr Tydfil, 17-year-old Daniel Lewis decided to take matters into his own hands. Springwatch presenter Michaela Strachan interrupts one of Daniel's litter picks with an unusual request, in order to surprise him with a One Big Thank You.
